I'm gonna get really v vulnerable with you, and I want to talk to you a little bit about my life and how stressful it is at the moment, and the, I don't normally share hugely personal things with you, but the reason I want to share what's going on in my life at the moment is I want to show you that life can be stressful and you can still manage that stress without turning to food for comfort and still maintaining self-care and looking after yourself and things like that.
