I’m here to tell you it doesn't have to be that way.
Are you sick of the yo-yo dieting and ready to deal with the real reasons for the emotional eating?
I worked as a doctor in the UK. It broke my heart to see so many sick people in hospital dying of “lifestyle disease” that could have been prevented with a healthy lifestyle.
Later on I started my training in paediatric. I saw so many children coming into my clinic with tummy ache because they were constipated and not eating a healthy diet.
This opened my eyes to the fact that children develop eating and lifestyle habits at an early age. Once I became a mother myself I also realised how difficult it can be to help our kids develop healthy eating habits (but also how easy it is with an easy system that I’ve now developed.)
I moved to Spain in 2011 because I wanted to lead my “ideal life”. I moved away from clinical practice to helping families establish healthy habits. What I love is seeing changes in families and knowing that I’m helping people lead long healthy lives and avoid all those nasty lifestyle illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease and even some cancers.
My Core Weight Loss Teachings
I teach weight loss in a different way to most people. Nutrition is a big part of the puzzle, but I also prioritise exercise, sleep and mindfulness.
As well as having fun! And making it easy!
I know that teaching your kids healthy habits is important to you too. The best way to teach them is to show them. Another good reason to put your needs first.
I know you don’t have time to get up at 5am to meditate. And you only have to eat kale crisps if you like them. (LOL! I've never even seen a kale crisp in my life. They haven't reached as far as Spain.)
