Looking forward to Thanksgiving and all the festivities in December?
It can be so easy to get carried away and eat and drink too much.
But...you still want to have fun and celebrate life. And food and drink is part of that celebration.
Here are 8 tips to keep you on track:
3. Hunger. Be aware of hunger and don't put yourself into a situation where you'll be really hungry with loads of treats around.
5. Be mindful of alcohol (and the evil little "drink more!" voice.)
6. Have family fun exercises (go for a walk or a bike ride).
8. Use it as a chance to observe yourself.
Mindful eating can really help you enjoy the holidays without going overboard.
