You already know what to do. This is where you actually do it.
A membership for women in perimenopause and menopause who are tired of starting again every Monday.
Not another diet. Not another plan to follow perfectly for nine days and abandon on the tenth.
Somewhere to keep going — with me, and with women doing exactly the same thing.
The Menopause Thrive Community is where healthy living stops being a project you restart every few months and becomes simply what you do. A live masterclass every month, weekly accountability, a library that keeps growing — and me, in there every day.
From Dr Orlena — physician, health coach and founder of Positively Healthy You
Show me what's inside
"I have so much clarity! It felt so hard before and now it feels easy. Thank you Dr O!" Helen
"I used to think my body was broken. Now I feel back in control and have so much more energy. Woo hoo!!!" Katie
"Before meeting Dr Orlena life was so frustrating. I knew what to do but couldn't apply it to my life. Now I'm leading my healthiest life and loving it." Alex
Does this sound familiar?
It's Tuesday afternoon. You had a good breakfast. You meant to have a good day.
Then the meeting ran over, you didn't eat until three, and by half four you're standing at the cupboard eating the children's biscuits without ever really deciding to.
And the voice starts. What is wrong with me. I know better than this.
Tonight you'll tell yourself tomorrow will be different. At 11pm you'll still be awake — wired and exhausted at the same time.
And somewhere underneath it all is the question you don't say out loud: what happened to me?
I'm ready to stop starting overYou've tried the lot. Calorie counting. Slimming World. Weight Watchers. Keto. Fasting. Each one worked — briefly. Each one stopped working. And each time, you quietly concluded the same thing: I failed. Again.
Here's what I need you to hear, as a doctor and as a woman who taught hundreds of women to lose weight in a sustainable way:
You haven't failed. Your body has changed.
The habits that worked at 25 don't work the same way at 50 — not because you've become weaker, but because your body is playing by different rules. And once you understand the new rules, everything changes.
Your body isn't broken. It's changing.
Why the old strategies stopped working
Through perimenopause and menopause, falling oestrogen quietly rewrites your biology:
Muscle declines — and with it, the metabolism you used to rely on.
Insulin sensitivity shifts — so the same food is handled differently, and more of it heads for your middle.
Our cortisol (stress hormone) levels go up (did you know abdominal fat has 4 times as many cortisol receptors than subcutaneous fat?
Your gut biome shifts making it easier for us to absorb energy from food (you guessed it, meaning we put on more fat.)
Sleep fragments — and a tired brain is a hungrier, more impulsive brain.
Hunger, cravings and recovery all change.
None of this is a character flaw. It’s physiology. And it means “eat less, move more, try harder” — the strategy you’ve been white-knuckling for years — is the old rulebook.
The new rulebook is different: protein, fibre, blood sugar stability, a healthy biome. Strength. Real recovery. And the mindset work that holds it all together when life gets messy.
(And to say it plainly as a physician: I'm not anti-medicine — I actively encourage the HRT conversation with your doctor. More on that in the FAQ. But a prescription is not a lifestyle.)
Most doctors treat disease. I teach women how to create health.
Why most women stay stuck
Not because they're lazy. Not because menopause ruined everything.
Because they're solving the wrong problem.
Be honest: you could give a decent lecture on protein, strength training and sleep hygiene yourself. You've read the books. You've listened to the podcasts. So why isn't the weight shifting?
Because knowledge was never your problem — and neither is willpower. Every diet you've ever tried ran on self-control, and self-control is a battery: it runs down. Usually around 4pm on a Tuesday.
The problem isn't that you can't build healthy habits.
You keep thinking: I need another diet.
What you actually need is a rhythm — something that expects real life (the deadline, the family crisis, the holiday) and keeps you going anyway. And almost nobody manages that on her own, in her own kitchen, with nobody watching.
Knowing what to do has never been the problem. Consistently doing it is.
That is a completely different problem — and it needs a completely different solution.
Introducing…
The Menopause Thrive Community
Dr Orlena's membership for women in perimenopause and menopause — where healthy living finally sticks
Not a course to get through. A rhythm to step into: a live masterclass every month, somewhere to say what you're doing every week, a growing library of everything I teach — and me in there daily. All of it built on the Menopause Thrive Framework™, so every part of it points the same way.
Everything inside is built around one simple idea: you don't need another diet — you need to keep going.
So this isn't a course with a finish line. It's a rhythm.
📅 Every month — a live Masterclass. I teach for half an hour on one thing that matters: why breakfast matters more than it used to, what exercise actually does to a menopausal body, what to do about the 4pm cravings. Then I answer your questions. Every one is recorded, so it doesn't matter where in the world you are or what your Tuesday looks like.
📝 Every week — somewhere to say what you're doing. On Monday you post one thing you're committing to. On Friday you post what happened — including the weeks when what happened was not very much. It sounds almost too simple. It is the quiet engine of the whole thing.
💬 Every day — me. I'm in there. You ask; I answer.
🌱 Every quarter — a challenge, done together. Fourteen days, one clear focus, everyone starting on the same morning.
📚 And a library that keeps growing. The Menopause Habits That Stick Sprint, the Menopause Thrive Recipes, the Menopause Thrive Checklist, Micro Magic Healthy Habits and the 14-Day Mediterranean-Style Challenge — all of it yours the moment you join, with every new Masterclass added as it happens.
And here is the part I most want you to hear: none of this asks you to be perfect. A bad week is not a failed month. You come back on Monday and carry on — which is, in the end, the entire skill.
Weight loss is the outcome. Self-trust is the transformation.
Real Women. Real Menopause. Real Results. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The part my clients talk about most
These stories come from women who worked with me inside my coaching programme, Positively Healthy You. The community is built on the same framework and taught the same way — and the company is the part they mention most.
Caroline came to me stuck on a plateau and tired of falling off the wagon. When I asked her afterwards what she'd have missed most, she didn't say the meal plans.
"The community comes in for me to just keep going."
She lost the weight — and got back her sleep, her energy, her strength and her mood. "Consistency is my biggest win. Whenever I have a setback, the next meal I'm back on."
Sarah's struggle was never really food. It was emotional eating, and the stress, broken sleep and self-neglect it dragged behind it. "I felt like I was shipwrecked every week."
"I've made friends with my body… I don't feel guilty about food anymore — I use the 80/20 approach, and it's taken the stress out of slipping."
Nicki was already doing everything right — but her habits slipped every time life got busy. Twelve weeks in she spent ten days away with no gym and no control over her environment, and came home in exactly the shape she left.
"I'm someone who prioritises my health and wellbeing. I know it, I live it. I don't have to explain it to anyone."
Women in my world commonly report:
✅ Weight loss
✅ Better sleep
✅ More energy
✅ Fewer cravings
✅ A stronger body
✅ Greater confidence
✅ Feeling back in control
Different starting points. Same destination: the healthiest version of themselves.
Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
No overwhelm, no filler. Somewhere to learn what actually works in a menopausal body — and the company to keep doing it when life is busy life-ing.
Here's What's Waiting For You Inside
🎓 A live Masterclass every month
Half an hour of teaching on one thing that matters, then your questions answered. Breakfast. Exercise. Cravings. A new one every month, added to a library that only grows — so a year from now you'll have a shelf of them. Always recorded, for whenever your Tuesday allows.
🤝 Weekly accountability, in a room that's never empty
Away from social media, inside my own website. On Monday you post what you're committing to; on Friday, what actually happened. Encouragement on the hard days, celebration on the good ones, and the quiet motivation of watching women just like you keep going. "The community comes in for me to just keep going."
📚 A library you'll actually use
The Menopause Habits That Stick Sprint — fourteen days to build habits that survive a bad week. The Menopause Thrive Recipes, built around protein and fibre. The Menopause Thrive Checklist. Micro Magic Healthy Habits, and the 14-Day Mediterranean-Style Challenge. All of it yours the moment you join.
👩⚕️ A doctor, in the room
Every masterclass is taught by me — a physician who has helped hundreds of women lose weight sustainably. And I'm in the community daily: you ask, I answer. Not influencer rules, not recycled diet advice. Clear, evidence-based teaching about how your body works now, made simple enough to act on today.
Hello, I'm Dr Orlena
I'm a physician — but that's not why I do this work.
In 2011 I moved to Spain with my eyes wide shut. I hadn't really meant to stop clinical work — that's a long story — but that's what happened, and losing that part of who I was left me quietly churning inside. Then in 2012 I had twins. Four children under four and a half, in a beautiful place, and I remember the moment I saw myself clearly: I was a grumpy mum living in paradise. Exhausted, last on my own list, unsure of who I was anymore — surrounded by sunshine and too worn down to enjoy any of it.
If you've ever looked in the mirror and not quite recognised the woman looking back, you know that feeling.
That was my trigger. And here's what I didn't do: I didn't overhaul my life. I started embarrassingly small — one yoga class a week. That was it. But one kept promise led to another, and another. Today I swim or exercise every single day, and I'm the fittest I've ever been. Not through willpower. Through small habits, kept consistently, until looking after myself became who I am.
Along the way, my doctor's eyes kept seeing the same thing everywhere: intelligent women blaming themselves for a body that had simply changed, handed ten-minute consultations and prescriptions when what they needed was help building a healthy life that actually lasts. Doctors treat disease. Nobody was teaching women how to create health.
So that's what I do now — and this community is the simplest way I've found to do it. It teaches what I had to live: your body isn't broken, it's changing. You're not who you were, the healthiest version of you is still ahead, and she gets built one small, kept promise at a time. Which is a great deal easier with other women doing it alongside you.
I don't just talk the talk. I walk it, swim it and lift it — every day.
Trusted by hundreds of women navigating menopause.
The most expensive option is another year of this
There's no false countdown here — you can join whenever you're ready. But I'd be failing you as a doctor if I didn't tell you the truth about waiting:
Every year, muscle quietly declines. Habits dig in deeper. Confidence fades a little further. Metabolic health can drift in the wrong direction. "I'll start after the holidays" becomes "after the summer" becomes another year of Tuesdays exactly like today's.
And here's the physician's perspective on why timing matters: muscle, bone and metabolic health are far easier to preserve than to rebuild. The strength you protect in your fifties is the independence you keep in your eighties. This isn't about fear — it's about compound interest. Every month you invest in your health now pays back for decades.
The best time to start was a few years ago. The second-best time is this month's Masterclass.
I'm ready to invest in my healthImagine one year from today
You wake up — and you aren’t thinking about your weight. You put on clothes you love, without negotiation. You eat breakfast without guilt. Later you’ll lift weights, not to burn anything off, but because you enjoy feeling strong.
You book the holiday — the one with the pool — and you're in the photos, not behind the camera. There's a dress in your wardrobe you bought because you love it, not because it forgives. Your children see a mother who values herself. Your partner watches your confidence coming back.
And one day, someone asks — half-joking, half-not — whether you’re on Mounjaro.
You smile. Because the truth is so much more satisfying: you’ve simply become a woman who knows how to look after herself.
Weight loss is where the journey begins. Becoming the healthiest version of yourself is where it ends.
Two ways in
You're not buying another diet.
You're buying the two things that make healthy living stick: a rhythm, and company.
Join monthly and cancel whenever you like — a month is a fair way to find out whether this is for you. Or join for the year: two months free, the Eat Smart System included and yours to keep for life, and a half-hour welcome call with me.
Both prices below are founding rates. They go up — to $49 a month and $490 a year — once 30 women have joined. Whatever you pay when you join is what you go on paying.
EU residents: 21% VAT applies. Other currencies available — just ask.
Both of these are founding rates. Once there are 30 paying members, monthly goes to $49 and yearly to $490 — but if you're already in, your price doesn't move. Founding members stay at the founding rate for as long as they stay. There's no countdown clock on this page; the price simply changes when there are enough of us.
When you click to join you'll go to a secure checkout — and within minutes you'll be inside, with the library, the Monday thread and the next Masterclass waiting for you.
Join for the year and you're covered by my 30-day money-back guarantee. Come to a Masterclass, post in the Monday thread, read whatever you like. If it isn't what you hoped, one email gets your money back. No hoops, no hard feelings.
Your questions, answered
Is this another diet?
I’ve failed at everything before. Why would this work?
How is this different from your coaching programme?
How much time does it take?
What if I can't make the live Masterclass?
Can I start monthly and switch to yearly?
I’m on HRT. Can I join?
I’m taking a GLP-1 (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro…). Can I join?
Do I need a gym?
When does it start?
What if it isn't for me?
Is it too late for me? I'm in my late fifties or sixties.
How do I justify the cost?
Do I have to share in the community? I'm quite private.
Still thinking it over?
That's a sensible instinct — you've bought things before that didn't work. So let me take the risk off the table. Join for the year and you have a 30-day money-back guarantee: come to a Masterclass, use the library, post in the threads. If it's not for you, one email gets your money back. Or start monthly and cancel whenever you like — a month is a fair way to find out.
Everything inside is designed to be done, not just owned: short masterclasses, a weekly thread that takes two minutes, and a room where somebody notices whether you turn up. The fastest way to find out is to join — today, with your next cup of tea.
Looking for more support? If what you really want is a plan built around your life, with weekly accountability and personal guidance from me, that's my coaching programme, Positively Healthy You. This is the perfect place to start either way.
