One day my kids wanted me to jump on a trampoline with them and even after going to the bathroom...
I was still leaking too much to bounce!
I realised that I had to do something to fix my problem.
But when I started looking for solutions I found every one was too EMBARRASSED to talk about it!
I booked myself into a HYPOPRESSIVE pelvic floor exercise class.
It was fun and easy.
But most importantly.... IT WORKED!

4 x 10 minute videos.
You can either do 10-20 minutes a day, or an hour a week.
FOR 4 WEEKS.
In each video, I'll demonstrate the exercises. The videos build on the previous exercises, introducing new positions.
By the end of the course, you'll be confident doing the exercises all by yourself.
